This group is for girls ages 12-17 (ish). We meet one morning a week. For these weeks we are together talking, laughing, creating, connecting and going deep.

Deep into life's issues, deep into what it means to be a young woman growing up in today's world, deep into art, deep into whatever is living in the group at the time.

These weeks are full of Fun, Empowerment, Laughter, Creation and Friendship.

​

Through art, music, journaling, movement, yoga and discussion we face head-on the challenges and celebrations of being a young woman. We look at topics like body image, social media, sexuality, friendship, consent, crushes, fertility, friendship and future visioning. No stone will be left unturned!

The goals?

​

To learn skills for navigating the sometimes choppy waters of adolescence and to have a network of friends and mentors that will be there throughout the journey.

​

The initial course meets once a week, but it does not end there.

​

This then builds a strong foundation for friendship connection and mentorship to last a lifetime.

Participation allows for access to a private and closed online group where we can continue our connection and support. Here anyone from the group is free post updates and keep connection flowing. This is a place to announce if someone wants to host an art night, a movie night, a nature walk or just a reunion of old friends who have been through something juicy and positive together. This group is carefully monitored. The intention is positive and constructive support and mentorship as well as role modeling how to use technology as a helpful tool for positivity.
