This certification involves rigorous education, practical experience, and adherence to ethical standards.

Steps to achieve an LPC

• Educational Requirements: Completing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling. ~ CHECK!

• Supervised Experience: 9-month internship and accumulating almost 2000 hours under professional supervision. ~ ON IT! 

• Examination: Passing a comprehensive licensing exam. ~ PRAY FOR ME!

• Continued Professional Development: Engaging in ongoing training to maintain and broaden licensure. ~ FOREVER!
